The RCA graduate summer shows take place as four separate exhibitions this year across the College’s two campuses in Kensington and Battersea.
The Conran Foundation’s support of SHOW RCA is now in its fifth year. With the Foundation’s generous help, over 400 art and design postgraduate students will exhibit work of exceptional quality, imagination and technical skill, in a series of public exhibitions that is one of the high points in the art and design calendar.
Royal College of Art graduate shows offer visitors – some 40,000 of them came through the College’s doors last year – a unique opportunity to experience the very best of emerging contemporary art and design practice. All exhibitions are free to the public (except SHOW FASHION), with much of the work – ranging from paintings to prints, glassware to jewellery, and furniture to textiles – for sale or commission.
For the first time, Painting students will be exhibiting in their new Sackler building in Howie Street, Battersea, running simultaneously with the Sculpture Show just across the road.
Details of the graduate shows are:
SHOW ONE
28 May – 6 June, 11am-8pm daily
Features work by students from the Fine Art courses of Photography and Printmaking and Applied Art – Ceramics & Glass, Goldsmithing, Silversmithing, Metalwork & Jewellery. This is a great opportunity for the public to buy work from emerging contemporary artists and makers before they are snapped up by galleries and collectors.

Public shows admission price: £12 for 4pm and £25 for 6.15pm (includes a glass of champagne and canapés).
